The Better Billy Bunker Project at ClubLink

ClubLink has installed the "Better Billy Bunker Method" at many Clubs which is regarded as one of the top bunker systems worldwide. This six-step process allows the system to drain over 1,500 inches of water per hour, ensuring minimal contamination and preserving the bunkers' pristine white sand. This same method has been successfully installed at King Valley Golf Club, RattleSnake Point Golf Club, Station Creek Golf Club (South Course), GreyHawk Golf Club and Georgetown Golf Club. More Clubs will benefit from it in the future.

Renovation Process Overview

1. Remove existing sand and drainage

2. Install soil bags to prevent contamination and create a "sod edge"

3. Install new drainage and spread 2" of gravel at the bunker base

4. Apply Better Billy Bunker polymer on the gravel

5. Allow polymer to cure for 24 hours, followed by quality control

6. Install new sand for the final product
