The highly anticipated Tournament of Champions presented by Titleist and FootJoy came to an exhilarating conclusion on May 30. With divisions spanning Ottawa/Montreal and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) regions, the tournament showcased the best of the best from these areas.
With a total of 29 ClubLink Clubs represented, the Tournament of Champions presented by Titleist and FootJoy featured teams comprised of both men’s and women’s club champions, runners-up, and a Club professional. The level of competition reached new heights and players not only vied for victory but also enjoyed the fantastic gifting provided by Titleist and FootJoy. Each participant was generously rewarded with a pair of premium FootJoy shoes, a dozen Titleist golf balls tailored to their preference, and a superior FootJoy golf glove.
During the GTA event, an impressive 80 percent of players chose to play with a Titleist golf ball, emphasizing their trust in the brand's superior performance. Additionally, nearly half of the participants, specifically 49 percent, opted to sport FootJoy shoes, further highlighting the brand's popularity among competitive golfers. This statistic may serve as a telling indication for those aspiring to secure victory in their Club Championships this year. Choosing Titleist and FootJoy could potentially be a strategic move towards enhancing your game and increasing your chances of triumph on the course.
In the Ottawa/Montreal division, it was the Rosemère Fontainebleau Golf Club that emerged as the clear victor. Competing on their home turf, they delivered a stellar performance, finishing the tournament with an astonishing score of 13 under par. Their remarkable display of unwavering focus and determination secured their spot as the division champions, leaving their competitors trailing behind. The Rosemère Fontainebleau Golf Club made their Club proud with their exceptional achievement.

Meanwhile, in the GTA division, the competition was fierce. The top spot was shared by King Valley Golf Club and Station Creek Golf Club at the picturesque Emerald Hills Golf Club. Both teams showcased exceptional skills and remarkable teamwork, concluding the tournament with a commendable score of -6. Their combined efforts narrowly edged out the fierce competition from DiamondBack Golf Club, who finished closely behind at -4. It was a nail-biting finish!
